als ge in den delhaize spaghettigroenten koopt, dan zit daar wortel bij ze. wortels moeten gewoon in die saus.

ik doe:

veel gehakt, 50/50 kippen/kalfs
tomatenblokjes
tomatepuree
wortels
paprika
ajuin, aanstoven in olijfolie voor ge met de groenten begint
courgette
prei
selder!!
absoluut geen champignons, bah bah bah
eventueel wel bospaddenstoelen of van die chinese paddenstoelen
beetje look
voor de avonturiers: bamboe!
spaghettikruiden, die van de colruyt zijn de besten
veel paprikapoeder
beetje peper
beetje zout
soms een bouillonblokje
en een scheutje olijfolie
